- Game consoles 72-hour return policy
- Non-Sealed Disc & Cartridge Games 72-hour return policy
- Sealed Disc & Game Cartridge Games - 5 day return policy (unopened with seal intact still)
Return Window Begins At Confirmed Time/Date of Delivery From Carrier
Must include photo/video of item before return will be accepted, this is to ensure that the seal we put on is still intact
Damaged Items - If item is delivered damaged or missing provide photos and we will resolve this with a full refund (store credit/cash or return to card) or item will be replaced at no additional cost to you if item is available . The window for returns on these items is 24 hours.
